Treatment of personal data

Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

Dear Customer, Dear Supplier,
in order to establish and execute contractual relations with your Company, we will process your personal and fiscal data, defined as "personal data", as per the law in hand.

We inform you that such data:
  1. are treated by us for the correct execution of managing, book-keeping legal and administrative duties deriving from the business relationships between your Company and ourselves, and in general, for the effective management of our business activities.
  2. will be treated by us in electronic and non-electronic databases for the execution of all the operations related to the development of the above contractual objectives, including their communication to third parties, as per the following paragraph (paragraph 3).
    Their sharing is compulsory for administrative, bookkeeping and legal reasons. Should you refuse to share them or to allow their treatment, it will affect this contract and we shall not be able to carry out our contractual relationship with your Company. Should you refuse to share the data that are not strictly related to the business reasons, however, it will render impossible the optimal management of our business relationship.
  3. Bearing in mind that your data are treated for legal reasons, they may be communicated in Italy and/or abroad to:
    • our agents
    • banks
    • experts and consultants
    • carriers and/or transport enterprises
    • factoring companies
    • insurance companies and/or of credit recovery offices
    • companies dealing with business information.
  4. For the same reasons shown in the previous paragraph, data will be treated by our staff or by experts co-operating with our Company, and will be officially appointed for, and entrusted with their treatment by means of a specific letter of appointment.
  5. Data will be treated throughout the duration of contractual relationship established with your company and, subsequently, for the fulfilment of all duties set out in the law and for any further commercial initiatives.
According to Section 7 of the Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, you are allowed to exercise your rights as far as the shared data is concerned.
